Suite of applications for managing advertising billboard taxes for the city of Païta.
In an effort to ensure optimal management of its resources, the municipality of Païta identified the need to implement a sophisticated monitoring solution. The goal is to manage, with the utmost precision, the oversight and collection of taxes associated with the various billboard installations throughout the metropolitan area.
Solution:
In the field (Collection): We deployed a Field Maps application to inventory the advertising billboards in the city of Païta. It is paired with a smart form that automatically calculates the tax amount (based on the billboard’s surface area, for example).
On the web (Control): We set up an Experience Builder application. Its goal is to verify the data collected in the field using initial statistics and basic filters. The smart form is also integrated here to correct or update the information entered while mobile.
For management (Analysis): We created a Dashboard featuring advanced statistics and filters. It provides a comprehensive and informed overview of the tax collection status, allowing data to be cross-referenced by advertising type, company, etc.
